Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • To request a return, just send us your order number along with clear photos/videos.

Store Credit Only

  • We currently don’t offer cash refunds.
  • Approved returns are issued as Eyecube Store Credit for your next purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
